We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead the full recruitment lifecycle across Atlantis The Palm, Atlantis The Royal, and Aquaventure Waterpark. This role is ideal for a passionate HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to attracting top-tier talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring strategies
Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns across assigned divisions
Organize and participate in recruitment events and hiring drives
Build and manage agency partnerships
Ensure smooth and engaging candidate journey
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors)
Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing top talent
Analyze recruitment trends and prepare reports
Lead process improvement and employer branding initiatives
Train and guide hiring managers on recruitment best practices
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or HR
At least 2 years in an Assistant Manager-level role
Experience in hospitality or large-scale service industries preferred
Strong background in high-volume and international recruitment
Hands-on experience with ATS (preferably SAP SuccessFactors)
Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong stakeholder management and agency coordination skills
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
