We are currently seeking a passionate and service-oriented Attendant, Food & Beverage to join the team at Ossiano — the award-winning underwater fine dining restaurant. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong passion for hospitality and wants to grow within a luxury international hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the waiter in delivering exceptional fine dining service
Ensure all guests receive professional, warm, and attentive service
Maintain full knowledge of the food and beverage menu
Coordinate closely with kitchen and service teams
Ensure orders are delivered accurately, safely, and on time
Maintain sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
Support smooth daily restaurant operations
Handle guest requests professionally and efficiently
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in a similar F&B role
Experience in an international luxury hotel is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong teamwork abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Confident in dealing with diverse international guests
Professional grooming and presentation standards
