We are seeking a passionate and experienced Scuba Diver who will play a key role in delivering exceptional underwater experiences while ensuring the highest standards of marine care, safety, and conservation. This position requires professionalism, physical fitness, and strong communication skills to actively engage with guests and promote diving programs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver memorable and safe diving experiences for guests
Promote and sell high-revenue dive programs and services
Maintain healthy and sanitary living conditions for aquatic animals
Support marine conservation and education initiatives
Ensure compliance with First Aid and PADI standards
Maintain exhibits and lagoons above and below water
Inspect and maintain diving equipment for guests and personal use
Participate in meetings and training sessions
Lead and assist in guest-related dive programs
Perform physically demanding diving tasks, including heavy lifting
Requirements
Valid PADI Divemaster License
Minimum 100 logged dives
At least 2 years’ experience in a busy Dive Center
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Computer literacy
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
Physically fit and medically cleared for diving duties
