Resort Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Resort Manager to lead Front Services operations at Atlantis, The Palm. In this senior leadership role, you will ensure that all guest service operations are delivered to exceptional 5-star standards.
You will oversee daily front services activities, drive service excellence, maximize revenue opportunities, and ensure outstanding guest satisfaction. As a key ambassador of the resort, you will lead by example, inspire your team, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Front Services operations to 5-star standards
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service excellence
Motivate, guide, and develop team members
Maximize sales opportunities and drive revenue growth
Follow up on leads and encourage add-on service sales
Ensure immaculate front service set-up and operations
Monitor both top-line and bottom-line performance
Efficiently manage service providers and resources
Handle conflict resolution professionally
Maintain high visibility and hands-on leadership
Act as a strong ambassador of the Atlantis brand
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in a luxury international hotel or resort
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
Highly organized and experienced in high-volume operations
Professional presentation and strong personal integrity
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
