We are currently seeking a passionate and service-driven Food & Beverage Attendant to join the prestigious Brasserie Frantzén at Atlantis, The Palm.
In this role, you will support the waiter and restaurant team in delivering a world-class dining experience. You will ensure smooth service operations, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and provide timely food delivery while upholding the highest luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the waiter in delivering exceptional fine-dining service
Ensure food and beverages are served accurately and on time
Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation
Work closely with kitchen and service teams
Have full knowledge of the restaurant menu
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
Follow safety and service procedures at all time
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in an international luxury hotel preferred
Excellent communication skills
Strong teamwork abilities
Ability to multitask under pressure
Professional grooming and presentation
Confidence in serving international guests
Passion for hospitality and customer service
