We are looking for an energetic and service-oriented Bellman to join Atlantis The Royal. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for residence guests, delivering exceptional luggage assistance and personalized guest services.
As a Bellman, you will ensure every guest receives a warm welcome, smooth arrival experience, and professional support throughout their stay. Your mission is to exceed expectations and create memorable luxury experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
Assist with luggage delivery, collection, and storage
Provide clear directions and property information
Support guests at the porte cochere area
Conduct in-room orientation for residence guests
Promote hotel services, experiences, and facilities
Ensure luggage handling is accurate and timely
Maintain professionalism and luxury service standards
Act as a brand ambassador of Atlantis The Royal
Requirements
Passion for customer service and hospitality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, energetic, and proactive personality
Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting luggage)
Attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage
