We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Waiter to join the prestigious Carbone Restaurant at Atlantis The Royal. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional fine-dining service, ensuring guests receive a luxurious and memorable dining experience.
As a Head Waiter, you will supervise service operations, guide team members, maintain high quality standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests from around the world.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests professionally as they are seated
Ensure smooth and high-quality fine-dining service
Assist and supervise waiters and junior staff
Maintain full knowledge of the food and beverage menu
Recommend dishes and beverages confidently
Inform guests about promotions and specials
Monitor food and drink consistency before serving
Handle guest feedback and resolve minor concerns
Report serious issues or complaints to management
Maintain luxury service standards at all times
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar fine-dining role
Experience in upscale or social dining restaurants
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented and leadership abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
Confidence dealing with international clientele
Passion for hospitality and service excellence
