ROLE SUMMARY
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for implementing marketing and communication strategies, coordinating campaigns across cross-functional teams and supplier agencies, and supporting the Marketing Manager in enhancing brand reputation. This role helps expand brand presence, nurture customer relationships, and create opportunities for growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Execute marketing initiatives based on the annual marketing calendar for assigned brands.
Ensure effective communication across all channels to deliver the brand message to customers.
Coordinate advertising and promotional plans offline and online to drive traffic and sales.
Monitor and report the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting efforts based on impact and customer feedback.
Manage marketing budgets, ensuring accurate spend and optimal utilization of resources.
Measure and improve the ROI of marketing campaigns.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand standards and Majid Al Futtaim’s communication strategy.
Support the business in achieving the “Dare Today, Change Tomorrow” sustainability strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
Knowledge of public relations, events, media, digital, and social media marketing.
Experience in home or furniture brands is required.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
