JOB TITLE
Community Lead | MAF Lifestyle | Marketing
ROLE SUMMARY
The Community Lead is responsible for building brand awareness and loyalty through community initiatives and activations. This role focuses on creating meaningful, long-term relationships with local studios, athletes, and brand ambassadors to engage new guests and strengthen the brand’s presence within the community.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with shopping centers, city studios, and local fitness communities.
Manage community initiatives and events while ensuring costs are within budget.
Build strong professional relationships with Store Ambassadors and store teams to support brand initiatives.
Organize and oversee photoshoots and events featuring ambassadors and local athletes.
Ensure all activities comply with brand standards and serve as a brand guardian.
Liaise with key stakeholders and local partners to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Coordinate the planning and execution of community events, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality implementation.
Requirements
Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage).
5+ years’ experience in marketing or event management, ideally within the fitness or lifestyle sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player with strong collaboration abilities.
