Senior Marketing Executive | MAF Entertainment | Cinemas
ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for managing and enhancing the cinema’s digital presence, driving audience engagement, and increasing brand awareness through innovative social media strategies. The role focuses on creating compelling content, running impactful campaigns, and analyzing performance to optimize marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Promote movie releases, special events, and promotions, engaging with the cinema’s audience to maintain a vibrant online community.
Develop and execute creative content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok) to showcase movies, events, and VOX Cinema activities.
Manage the content calendar with support from the Social agency, ensuring posts align with marketing campaigns and cinema releases.
Collaborate with the creative team and agency to produce high-quality visuals, graphics, and video content.
Plan and implement social media campaigns for premieres, screenings, and promotional events to drive ticket sales and engagement.
Use both organic and paid social strategies to maximize audience reach and growth.
Monitor comments, messages, and reviews with the agency, maintaining a positive and responsive brand presence.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics such as engagement, follower growth, and impressions to inform future strategies.
Requirements
Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the Entertainment and Leisure industry or similar.
Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and online trends.
Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to drive engagement and audience growth.
