ROLE SUMMARY
The Furniture Assembler is responsible for delivering, assembling, and installing furniture while maintaining the highest standards of Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle. The role involves hands-on work, including accompanying drivers, handling products, and interacting with customers to ensure that every delivery is accurate, safe, and leaves a lasting positive impression.
Key Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES (Role Profile)
Serve as the main point of contact for customers during deliveries, maintaining professional and courteous communication.
Participate in loading, transportation, delivery, and assembly of furniture items.
Conduct pre-delivery and post-installation inspections to ensure items are damage-free and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Report and document any product or installation issues promptly.
Comply with all health, safety, and company policies during delivery and installation.
Ensure every delivery meets the brand’s premium standards, from handling to final setup.
Deliver exceptional customer service, proactively answering questions and representing the brand professionally.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
High school certificate.
1-2 years of industry experience in furniture delivery or installation, preferably in luxury furniture or home décor.
Proven delivery and carpentry experience.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
